Blood Orange is one of the newest flavors from SKYY Infusions. I was excited as Blood Orange is one of my favorites! Next time you make a Mimosa substitute Blood Orange Juice for the Orange Juice or if you want to kick it up a notch, use SKYY Infusions Blood Orange. (just use a little less and a little more Champagne).
SKYY Infusions Blood Orange had an aroma of candied orange (like a cross between Blood Orange juice and Tang) that completely obscures any aroma from the vodka. On the palate, the Skyy Blood Orange also tastes of candied orange – it has a faint taste of blood orange juice but more Tang and hard orange candies. We like it!
The next time you whip up drinks, use SKYY Infusions Blood Orange and whip up a Orange Drop (substitute orange for the lemon) or substitute it in your Cosmo.

Blood Orange Fizz (provided by Skyy)
2 ounces Skyy Blood Orange Infusion
4 ounces Ginger Ale (or try Ginger Beer for a ginger kick)
2 Squeezes of lemon
Combine and serve on the rocks
